On-Time Passenger Arrival (OPA) Application

Robust Analytics is developing a prototype On-Time Passenger Arrival (OPA) application that combines passenger and airline data to improve the passenger experience and airline operations. The smartphone component of our application provides the passenger with predicted travel times from door to gate. Adding passenger location data to airline customer reservations systems will provide the airline gate manager with improved visibility into passenger intent and improve airline decision on gate departure times. Robust Analytics developed OPA with IBM BlueMix, which also hosts the applications and manages the analytics and push notification services.
